Fees, Payment & Insurance
Payment for routine services such as examinations, teeth cleaning, x-rays and emergency visits, are expected at the time services are provided. Our office can file your insurance claims or you may file your own claim and be reimbursed directly. We accept cash, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, personal checks, money orders, or cashiers checks. Financing is available with approved credit through our Care Credit Plan. This will allow interest free options from 30 days to 12 months or extended payment plans.

Do not hesitate to ask about the anticipated cost of your treatment. You have the right to know about and understand our charges. We want you to feel that you have been treated fairly.

A written estimate will be provided for all complex treatment. We will gladly give you a written estimate for any routine procedures upon request. If you have insurance coverage, a pre-determination can be sent and financial arrangements for the balance not covered by insurance can be made.

A down payment is required for more involved, complex or extended treatment, regardless of insurance coverage or pre-determination of benefits by your insurance company.

Appointments
Our office is located in Winter Park. Appointments are available Monday through Friday, or by special arrangement. We reserve time to do a thorough initial examination, take necessary x-rays and records, and discuss problems or concerns you may have. Subsequent appointments are scheduled according to the specific procedures needed. A 24-hour notice is required if you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment or a fee will be charged.

Emergencies
Every effort is made to structure your dental care so that emergencies are prevented. However, if a situation does develop, a 24-hour answering service is available by calling (407) 671-1017.
